Guidance Update ReportJuroku Financial Group,Inc. <7380> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 25th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 13.5%, from the previous forecast of 27.5 billion yen to 31.2 billion yen (compared to 27.9 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 11.8% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 32.0%, from the previous forecast of 11.5 billion yen to 15.2 billion yen (compared to 13.8 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 10.2% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 160 yen to 180 yen (compared to 160 yen in the previous period).
