Earnings ReportMORITA HOLDINGS CORPORATION <6455> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 25th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 42.8% from the previous period to 13.7 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 4.0% to 14.3 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 54 yen to 58 yen (compared to 48 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 58 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 11.4% from the same period last year, reaching 6.88 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 15.2% in the same period last year to 15.4%.
