The consolidated pretax income for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to March) increased 10.8% from the same period last year, reaching 98.8 billion yen.
However, the full-year consolidated pretax income has decreased 10.3%, from the previous forecast of 536 billion yen to 481 billion yen (compared to 301 billion yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 78.0% to 59.7%.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (1Q), the operating profit margin improved from 8.1% in the same period last year to 9.1%.
