Guidance Update ReportTSUKISHIMA HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <6332> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on April 24th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 15.9%, from the previous forecast of 8.8 billion yen to 10.2 billion yen (compared to 7.81 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 12.7% to 30.6%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in five years.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 20.4%, from the previous forecast of 6.87 billion yen to 8.27 billion yen (compared to 7.09 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 16.6% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 60 yen to 78 yen (compared to 42 yen in the previous period).
