Guidance Update ReportTSUGAMI CORPORATION <6101> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on April 22nd (13:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 35.9%, from the previous forecast of 8 billion yen to 10.8 billion yen (compared to 5.37 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 48.8% to 2.0 times, reaches new record high for the first time in three terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated net income is expected to increase 90.1%, from the previous forecast of 3.18 billion yen to 6.05 billion yen (compared to 3.18 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 0.1% to 90.2%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 54 yen to 59 yen (compared to 48 yen in the previous period).
