Amano, Last Fiscal Year Ordinary Profit Revised Upward by 12%, Raises Record High Profit Forecast, Dividend Revised Upward by 30 yen

Guidance Update ReportAmano Corporation <6436> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 21st (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 11.8%, from the previous forecast of 22 billion yen to 24.6 billion yen (compared to 20.8 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 5.5% to 18.0%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for three consecutive terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 22.7%, from the previous forecast of 11.4 billion yen to 14 billion yen (compared to 12.2 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 14.9% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 145 yen to 175 yen (compared to 135 yen in the previous period).
