The consolidated net income/loss for the fiscal year ending February 2025 turned into a loss of 276 million yen (compared to a profit of 114 million yen in the previous period), falling below the forecast of a 206 million yen, and tuning into a loss. In the fiscal year ending February 2026, the profit is expected to surge, reaching 151 million yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to forego the previously undecided year-end lump-sum dividend, and plans to continue paying no dividends this fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the consolidated net income/loss turned to a loss of 311 million yen (compared to a profit of 107 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from 22.5% in the same period last year to -40.0%.
