System Integrator Corp. <3826> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending February 2025 decreased 10.1% from the previous period non-consolidated to 302 million yen. In the fiscal year ending February 2026, the profit is expected to expand to 32.5% to 400 million yen.

At the same time, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 9 yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 36.7% from the same period last year, reaching 67 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 4.1% in the same period last year to 5.4%.
