Newtech Co., Ltd. <6734> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending February 2025 decreased 5.6% from the previous period to 372 million yen. In the fiscal year ending February 2026, the profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.8% to 375 million yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue growth.

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 10.1% from the same period last year, reaching 196 million yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 12.9% in the same period last year to 12.7%.
