Guidance Update ReportMarubeni Construction Material Lease Co.,Ltd. <9763> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on April 14th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 6.3%, from the previous forecast of 1.62 billion yen to 1.72 billion yen (compared to 1.58 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 2.5% to 8.9%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 12.5%, from the previous forecast of 0.81 billion yen to 0.91 billion yen (compared to 0.96 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 15.0% to 4.4%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 130 yen to 140 yen (compared to 115 yen in the previous period).
