HEIWA REAL ESTATE REIT <8966> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 10th (16:45). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending May 2025 has been revised upward 18.2%, from the previous forecast of 4.15 billion yen to 4.91 billion yen (compared to 4.09 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 1.3% to 19.8%, reaches new record high for the first time in fourteen terms.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 3750 yen to 3850 yen (compared to 3640 yen in the previous period).
