Earnings ReportCREEK & RIVER Co.,Ltd. <4763> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending February 2025 decreased 10.7% from the previous period to 3.69 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending February 2026, the profit is expected to expand to 35.4% to 5 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years. This will be the sixteenth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 45 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 3.6% from the same period last year, reaching 0.63 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 5.2% in the same period last year to 5.2%.
