Escrow Agent Japan ,Inc. <6093> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 4th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending February 2025 increased 6.3% from the previous period to 486 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending February 2026, the profit is nearly flat with a slight decrease of 0.4% from the previous period to 484 million yen.

At the same time, the company decided to implement a year-end dividend of 6 yen for the previous term, which had been previously undecided, and has decided to continue with a dividend of 6 yen for the current term as well.

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 3 million yen, a 97.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 10.0% in the same period last year to 0.3%.
