ONWARD HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. <8016> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 3rd (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending February 2025 decreased 0.4% from the previous period to 10 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending February 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 9.1% to 11 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 30 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 52.0% from the same period last year, reaching 1.62 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 3.2% in the same period last year to 2.7%.
