Guidance Update ReportSumitomo Realty & Development Co.,Ltd. <8830> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on March 28th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 0.8%, from the previous forecast of 265 billion yen to 267 billion yen (compared to 253 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 4.7% to 5.5%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for four consecutive terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 1.8%, from the previous forecast of 108 billion yen to 110 billion yen (compared to 103 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 5.1% to 7.1%.
