Guidance Update ReportTokyo Kiraboshi Financial Group,Inc. <7173> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 19th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 27.4%, from the previous forecast of 32.1 billion yen to 40.9 billion yen (compared to 32.9 billion yen in the previous period), record profits reach four consecutive terms, turning to a 24.1% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 67.4%, from the previous forecast of 13 billion yen to 21.8 billion yen (compared to 14.6 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 49.2% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 150 yen to 160 yen (compared to 145 yen in the previous period).
