Ichigo Hotel REIT Investment <3463> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 14th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 expanded 3.3 times that of the previous period to 3.31 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending July 2025 is also bleak, with an expected significant drop by 64.3% from the previous period to 1.18 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 9671 yen to 10125 yen (compared to 3040 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 3613 yen.
