Earnings ReportTri Chemical Laboratories Inc. <4369> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on March 14th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 surged by 2.0 times that of the previous term, reaching 6.58 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending January 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 4.8% to 6.9 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 30 yen to 35 yen (compared to 30 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 35 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.7 times that of the same period last year, reaching 2.23 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 19.2% in the same period last year to 30.2%.
