UMENOHANA CO.,LTD. <7604> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on March 14th (13:00). The consolidated net income for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2025 (May 2024 to January 2025) significantly dropped 90.3% from the same period last year to 66 million yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 420 million yen was 15.7%, also falling below the same period of the previous year of 66.4%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the February to April period (4Q) is expected to grow 3.2% from the same period last year, reaching 354 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (3Q), the consolidated net income dropped to 232 million yen, a 40.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 7.4% in the same period last year to 7.6%.
