Guidance Update ReportFORLIFE Co., Ltd. <3477> [TSE Growth] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on March 13th (15:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 42.9%, from the previous forecast of 350 million yen to 500 million yen (compared to 211 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 65.9% to 2.4 times.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) ordinary profit is expected to increase 66.1%, from the previous forecast of 227 million yen to 377 million yen (compared to 226 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 0.4% to 66.8%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 17.5 yen to 27.5 yen (compared to 12.5 yen in the previous period).
