HOKUSHIN CO.,LTD. <7897> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on February 28th (16:30). The ordinary profit/loss (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 100 million yen to a loss of 60 million yen (compared to a profit of 190 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 149 million yen to a loss of 11 million yen (compared to a profit of 215 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
