Guidance Update ReportVITAL KSK HOLDINGS,INC. <3151> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on February 25th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 4.7%, from the previous forecast of 6.4 billion yen to 6.7 billion yen (compared to 6.55 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 2.2% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 10.9%, from the previous forecast of 2.76 billion yen to 3.06 billion yen (compared to 3.07 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 10.3% to 0.5%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 43 yen to 45 yen (compared to 42 yen in the previous period).
