Rococo Co.Ltd. <5868> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 decreased 2.0% from the previous period to 441 million yen, although it exceeded the initial forecast of 360 million yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to expand to 11.6% to 492 million yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 20 yen to 30 yen (compared to 20 yen in the prior term). For the current term, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 25 yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.6 times that of the same period last year, reaching 190 million yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 4.6% in the same period last year to 9.1%.
