SPANCRETE CORPORATION <5277> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (16:30). The ordinary loss (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) was a reduced loss of 200 million yen (compared to a loss of 259 million yen in the previous period).

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary loss for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to expand to a loss of 290 million yen (compared to a loss of 46 million yen in the previous period).

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 67 million yen (compared to a loss of 33 million yen in the previous period). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from -7.0% in the same period last year to -19.5%.
