SDS HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. <1711> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (15:30). The consolidated net loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) expanded to a loss of 101 million yen (compared to a loss of 41 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net loss for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to further decrease loss of 14 million yen (compared to a loss of 64 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated net loss expanded to a loss of 43 million yen (compared to a loss of 38 million yen in the same period last year). However, the operating profit/loss margin improved from -1.8% in the same period last year to 0.6%.
