Global Communication Planning Co.,Ltd. <4073> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (15:30). The ordinary profit/loss (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2025 (July to December) turned into a loss of 87 million yen (compared to a profit of 80 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit/loss for the January to June period (2H) is expected to turn into a profit of 123 million yen (compared to a loss of 36 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (2Q), the ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 74 million yen (compared to a profit of 31 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from 7.5% in the same period last year to -18.5%.
