Earnings Report

Beaglee Inc. <3981> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 19.9% from the previous period to 1.72 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is nearly flat with a slight decrease of 1.0% from the previous period to 1.7 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 17 yen to 23 yen (compared to 15 yen in the prior term), and has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 48 yen, an increase of 25 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 70.3% from the same period last year, reaching 0.35 billion yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 4.9% in the same period last year to 8.9%.
