OPTEX GROUP Company,Limited <6914> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 23.8% from the previous period to 7.74 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 4.5% from the previous period to 7.4 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 45 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 28.6% from the same period last year, reaching 2.32 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 12.3% in the same period last year to 10.2%.
