Earnings ReportAi Holdings Corporation <3076> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2025 (July to December) significantly dropped 73.6% from the same period last year to 3.75 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 11.3 billion yen was 33.1%, also falling below the five-year average of 55.0%.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to June period (2H) is expected to expand 34.0% from the same period last year, reaching 7.56 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 90 yen to 100 yen (compared to 90 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 2.55 billion yen, a 77.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 21.6% in the same period last year to 10.0%.
