OCEAN SYSTEM CORPORATION <3096> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) decreased 3.6% from the same period last year to 1.75 billion yen. However, the progress rate toward the full-year plan of 1.78 billion yen was 98.4%, also surpassing the five-year average of 87.7%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 85.9% from the same period last year to 0.02 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.68 billion yen, a 9.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 3.2% in the same period last year to 2.8%.
