Seibu Giken Co.,Ltd. <6223> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 14th (13:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 decreased 3.9% from the previous period to 4.19 billion yen, falling below the forecast of 4.57 billion yen, a complete reversal from the forecasted increase in profit. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 13.4% from the previous period to 3.63 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of declining profits.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 16.2% from the same period last year, reaching 1.15 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 12.5% in the same period last year to 12.8%.
