SBS Holdings, Inc. <2384> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 14th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 decreased 6.5% from the previous period to 18.4 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 8.9% to 20.1 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 85 yen, an increase of 15 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 83.0% from the same period last year, reaching 4.87 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.7% in the same period last year to 3.8%.
