Japan Ecosystem Co., Ltd. <9249> [TSE Std] announced its financial results at noon (11:30) on February 14th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2025 (October to December) expanded 138 million yen, an increase 46.8% compared to the same period last year. However, the progress rate toward the full-year plan of 857 million yen was 16.1%, also falling below the three-year average of 25.7%.

At the same time, due to a planned 3-for-1 forward stock split is scheduled for March 31, the the annual dividend has been revised from the original plan of 53 yen to 35 yen (equivalent to 53 yen before the forward stock split), but the actual dividend remains unchanged.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (1Q), the operating profit margin improved from 4.1% in the same period last year to 4.6%.
