KYODO PUBLIC RELATIONS CO.,LTD. <2436> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 25.5% from the previous period to 1.08 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 18.3% to 1.28 billion yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue and the fifth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 14 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 25.4% from the same period last year, reaching 0.25 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 10.2% in the same period last year to 12.2%.
