CYND Co., Ltd. <4256> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) expanded 177 million yen, an increase 80.6% compared to the same period last year. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 212 million yen was 83.5%, also surpassing the three-year average of 75.7%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to drop 36.4% from the same period last year to 35 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 46 million yen, a 6.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 10.1% in the same period last year to 8.4%.
