KYORITSU AIR TECH INC. <5997> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 13th (15:10). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 decreased 1.6% from the previous period to 727 million yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 13.3% from the previous period to 630 million yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 15 yen to 20 yen (compared to 20 yen in the prior term), and has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 15 yen, a decrease of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 34.5% from the same period last year, reaching 273 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 5.5% in the same period last year to 7.4%.
