H-ONE, Oct-Dec (3Q) Net Income Turns to Profit, Current Fiscal Year Dividend Revised Upward by 24 yen

Earnings ReportH-ONE CO.,LTD. <5989> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on February 12th (16:00). The consolidated net income/loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) turned into a profit of 7.29 billion yen (compared to a loss of 17 billion yen in the same period last year). The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 8 billion yen was 91.2%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income/loss for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to turn into a profit of 0.7 billion yen (compared to a loss of 4.61 billion yen in the same period last year).
At the same time, the company has significantly increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 26 yen to 50 yen (compared to 20 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated net income/loss turned to a profit of 2.57 billion yen (compared to a loss of 17.2 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -23.6% in the same period last year to 5.7%.
