Yamadai Corporation <7426> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 12th (15:10). The consolidated ordinary loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) expanded to a loss of 298 million yen (compared to a loss of 37 million yen in the previous period non-consolidated).

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary loss for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to further decrease loss of 62 million yen (compared to a loss of 87 million yen in the previous period non-consolidated).

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 61 million yen (compared to a loss of 7 million yen in the previous period non-consolidated). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from -1.4% in the same period last year to -5.4%.
