The consolidated net income for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) expanded 4.89 billion yen, an increase 30.3% compared to the same period last year. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 5.5 billion yen was 89.1%, also surpassing the five-year average of 59.9%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 70.2% from the same period last year to 0.6 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated net income grew 3.6% from the same period last year, reaching 1.77 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 16.5% in the same period last year to 15.7%.
