DAIKO DENSHI TSUSHIN,LTD. <8023> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) decreased 28.4% from the same period last year to 1.18 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 2.25 billion yen was 52.8%, which was higher than the five-year average of 39.5%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to decrease 19.1% from the same period last year to 1.06 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 26.2% from the same period last year, reaching 0.29 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.1% in the same period last year to 2.7%.
