ORIGINAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS CO.,LTD. <4642> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 10th (15:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 9.5% from the previous period to 862 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is nearly flat with a slight decrease of 0.8% from the previous period to 855 million yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 35 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the ordinary profit grew 7.5% from the same period last year, reaching 186 million yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 9.6% in the same period last year to 9.2%.
