URBANET CORPORATION CO.,LTD. <3242> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 7th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2025 (July to December) turned into a loss of 0.23 billion yen (compared to a profit of 0.72 billion yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to June period (2H) is expected to expand 57.2% from the same period last year, reaching 2.68 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.03 billion yen, a 94.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 8.2% in the same period last year to 3.7%.
