Dynapac Co., Ltd. <3947> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 7th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 5.5% from the previous period to 2.48 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 20.5% to 3 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in thirty four years. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the sixth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 80 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.59 billion yen, a 18.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 4.2% in the same period last year to 2.5%.
