Guidance Update ReportNomura System Corporation Co, Ltd. <3940> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on February 7th (14:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending December 2024 has been revised upward 59.0%, from the previous forecast of 324 million yen to 515 million yen (compared to 466 million yen in the previous period), reaches new record high for the first time in three terms, turning to a 10.5% increase in the ordinary profit outlook.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (2H) ordinary profit has been revised upward 3.6 times, from the previous forecast of 73 million yen to 264 million yen (compared to 271 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 73.1% to 2.6%.
