Guidance Update ReportMAMIYA-OP CO.,LTD. <7991> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on February 6th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 41.7%, from the previous forecast of 4.8 billion yen to 6.8 billion yen (compared to 5.48 billion yen in the previous period), record profits reach two consecutive terms, turning to a 23.9% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward from an expected loss of 0.7 billion yen to a profit of 1.29 billion yen (compared to a profit of 2.92 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a profit.
In light of the strong performance, the company has decided to implement a year-end lump-sum dividend of 90 yen for the current fiscal year, which was previously undecided (compared to 75 yen in the prior term).
