Earnings ReportDMG MORI CO., LTD. <6141> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on February 5th (14:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending December 2024 dropped 77.3% from the previous period to 7.7 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to recover to 2.6 times to 20 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 105 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated net income dropped to 7.09 billion yen, a 35.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 12.4% in the same period last year to 9.0%.
