Earnings ReportKAGOME CO.,LTD. <2811> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on February 3rd (15:40). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending December 2024 expanded 2.4 times that of the previous period to 25 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to drop by 44.0% from the previous period to 14 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 52 yen to 57 yen (compared to 41 yen in the prior term). For the current term, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 48 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated net income surged 2.1 times that of the same period last year, reaching 1.9 billion yen. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 3.2% in the same period last year to 3.4%.
