The Kaneshita Construction Co.,Ltd. <1897> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision at noon (11:30) on February 3rd. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 has been revised upward 40.9%, from the previous forecast of 340 million yen to 479 million yen (compared to 413 million yen in the previous period), turning to a 16.0% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward from an expected loss of 84 million yen to a profit of 55 million yen (compared to a profit of 258 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a profit.
