Guidance Update ReportSystem Integrator Corp. <3826> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on January 31st (16:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending February 2025 has been revised upward 2.6 times, from the previous forecast of 226 million yen to 579 million yen.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the September to February period (2H) consolidated net income is expected to increase 3.3 times, from the previous forecast of 151 million yen to 504 million yen.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 5 yen to 10 yen (compared to 12 yen in the previous period).
Note: Since the current fiscal year, the company has transitioned to consolidated financial statements.
