AGP CORPORATION <9377> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 30th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) expanded 0.97 billion yen, an increase 44.7% compared to the same period last year. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 1.12 billion yen was 87.1%, also surpassing the five-year average of 50.9%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 63.8% from the same period last year to 0.14 billion yen.
